Partnerships
Coastal Civic Journal considers collaborations that fit its focus on coastal places and shared public life. Proposals should explain the subject, format, intended audience and relationship being offered.
Possible collaborations
We consider clearly defined educational projects, reader-facing resources, event or discussion partnerships, and relevant partner placements. A proposal should offer a clear connection to coastal civic subjects rather than rely on broad promotional claims.
Partner placements
Partner placements may include clearly labelled links or short descriptions presented across relevant parts of the website. They are promotional material, not editorial recommendations. Any search or filtering field in a placement area is for browsing those listed items, not an endorsement.
Clear boundaries
Paid or partner material is labelled so readers can distinguish it from independent editorial work. Partnerships do not confer control over editorial coverage, and we may decline proposals that do not fit the publication or that would make the relationship unclear.
Make a proposal
Use the Contact page to describe the proposed collaboration, its coastal relevance, the format and any commercial relationship. A proposal is an invitation to discuss terms, not confirmation that a partnership has been accepted.
